I am Elizabeth Cappelletti, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I can help:

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and I offer individual, couples, family and children's therapy. I use a holistic approach in treating my clients and offer a safe environment for my clients to explore and express their deep feelings. I teach my clients new skills that will enable them to have more happy, healthy and successful lives. I use a great many therapeutic techniques and modalities including Art Therapy, Pet Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Positive Psychology.

I recently collaborated with a Chiropractor and Massage Therapst to create The Mind-Body Wellness Center- a one stop shop for health. Through my professional experience I have seen the strong connection between the mind and body. Often times when we have emotioanl trauma and wounds there is physical pain associated with it and vice versa, when we have physical pains becasue of injuries this affects our mental health and happiness. Together we provide clients with the ability to have all of their symptoms treated and healed.
