Abby's goal in counseling is to help her clients gain a better quality of life and interpersonal well-being while acquiring emotional and spiritual health. For Abby, counseling is about people processing through life together. Her counseling style involves allowing freedom for laughter and tears, conversation and silence, reason and emotion.

Before becoming a counselor, Abby spent 7 years working with youth in churches, camps, and Young Life programs.
